Certificate for Revalidation

Good Morning, I completed the assessment a couple of weeks ago and then attached the emails from my line manager for the PPO part but haven't heard anything back as yet. Can you confirm if everything uploaded ok.If not do you have an email address i can forward the emails on to. Thankyou.
