Final exam timed out

    Hi
    10 minutes in to my final assessment on the pool operator course it timed out and said Id failed the course. I only got to Q10 before this happened. Not sure if I lost internet briefly or the web page or browser gimped out but now it says I can’t re-take the exam.

    Please advise.
