Hi,
I can’t log into course. I can see it has been paid for but doesn’t allow me to join course. What am I doing wrong?Thank you for your message.
I can see the group license was purchased.
You now need to log in and allocate the course to the user that is taking the course.
If you are taking the course yourself, you will need to allocate it to yourself.
Your Group Management Dashboard can be accessed by clicking on ‘Group Management’ in the navigation menu at the top of the page.
Click on the ‘Users’ dropdown and select ‘Add one’.Insert names and email addresses of all your learners and click the ‘Add & Invite users’ button (you can leave the password fields empty as these will be automatically generated).Each person on the list will get an email with the login link and all the information they need to be able to login and begin their course.If you require help setting your password please let me know.
An email with a link to set your password was sent on the 18th May titled Your Stockwell Safety LMS account has been created!
