No Pictures

Some of the pictures in the topics and assessments are missing, only a tiny 'photograph' icon in the left hand end of a box and then a big gap where is assume the picture/drawing should be. This is making it impossible to complete the end if topic 3 assessment. To the best if my knowledge we are not running Internet Explorer but I will check with the IT dept. What am I doing wrong?
