Hello please could you kindly resend me a pool plant certificate for Hannah Smith who passed a while back. Thank you.
Hi Joseph, All learners can download their certificates from the course site or group leaders can download them from the Group Management section.Just follow these steps:
1. Go to Group Management
2. Click on Detailed course and learner progress reports
3. Choose User Reports
4. Filter the group you want to work with
5. Choose the learner and click See Detail
6. Click See Details again
7. Their certificate will be under the Certificate Link
