Practical Assignment

Hello, I've recently done my online PPO course but due to my workplace having essential maintenance completed to the pool hall and pool plant room I am unable to complete the course fully until the work is completed which is scheduled to be done by the 4th of January. My question is; is there a time limit to submit course material to the assessor or can I leave it until I am able to complete the tasks under the practical section.
