Hi, I sent in my video assessment in on May15th and still awaiting either a result or feedback? The only thing is can see is that the video file has been received and the message on the screen is Waiting Approval. I’ve left messages on a few different threads to no avail, can you please help?

With the pools opening soon for the summer season, we have been receiving a very high volume of video submissions.
