    Hi I completed my Pool Plant training Feb 2022. I still haven’t received my certificate. Can you please investigate and let me know when I will receive it.

    It was sent to the person who booked you onto the course.

    Hello, how fast after completion are certificates sent? And do they always go to whoever booked the person onto the course?

    Yes, in your case it was sent to your head office.
