    Hi we have a number of employees who have completed the assessment, however this still shows as incompleted, can someone advise please.

    Hi Tom,

    We have added a practical assessment to the Foundation course. They need to submit the practical assessment and feedback before the course is marked as completed. The practical is just a submission of a signed declaration sheet or videos of daily water tests (chlorine, pH and TDS).

    HI so, one of the employees is showing 100% complete on dashboard but still shows 95%? work based assignment is completed, signed off can you tell me what were missing please?

    Have they completed the feedback? This could be the missing part.
