I have booked and paid for 2 courses. The first yesterday was fine, the second today has been “USED” by the candidate back in 2021!!
She is due to renew hence booking her on, but your system is showing her as completed in January 2021. Please can you release the course to be renewed.Hi Rachel,
I’ve reset the course. When they log in, please ask them to go to https://stockwellsafetylms.com/my-account-2/edit-account/ to set their name so it will appear correctly on their certificate.
