Hi, It seems as though Gemma Ball has been setup with two accounts. Can this be rectified so we have an additional seat for other new candidates?

I have deleted one of the accounts.
In the future, if the candidate has not started the course yet, you can remove them by ticking the box in front of their name and the remove user button will appear. Then the seat will become available again.
