In the course at the end, there is the COSHH risk assessment. Is this for my pool? or is this an example in the course? or do we just pick a COSHH risk out of the air?

Yes, this is based on one of the chemicals you use at your pool. On the COSHH upload page, each hotspot starts a video that explains the level of detail expected.
