Hi, I mistakenly bought the group place course for pool plant rather than online. Would you be able to switch it for me as I am unable to travel to the course in person, so would like to take it online.

Hi,

Both courses are online courses, the group option is for people who want to pay for a course for someone else.

You can assign the course to yourself.

1. Go to Group Management Dashboard, it can be accessed by clicking on ‘Group Management’ in the navigation menu at the top of the page.

2. Click on the ‘Users’ dropdown and select ‘Add one’.

3. Insert your name and email address and click the ‘Add & Invite users’ button. Use the same email address you used when your purchased the course.
4. Go to “Your Courses” and your course will be available.
