Hello, we only have one person currently who is qualified to be a counter signatory, is this ok or must we provide videos instead?
We ask for 2 signatures:
1. General manager or similar. It is a management responsibility and legal duty to ensure staff is competent. Therefore, it is important that management is involved in the training and development of staff. They don’t need to be qualified but do need to be involved.
2. Someone with technical knowledge – a qualified Pool Plant Operator.
