    Hi There,

    Need a hand, for nearly 2 days our pool has been sitting on readings of 7.1PPM to 8PPM sometimes dipping down to 5ppm. However it won’t go down.its just jumps up. The dosing units are off, there is no chlorine being pumped to the pool. PH is fine. We have backwashed it a few times, put the temperature up, only drew water from the balance tank, stuck a hose in there for fresh water. Nothing is working. Even put 1KG of chlorine decrease in there.

    Any suggestions? The tablets and testing kits are fine, tried them on our spa and fresh water source. The palintest is fine as the colour of the tests are basically red..
