    I have 2 members of staff who completed the Pool Plant Foundation online. One is due renewal on 22 Sept. I have purchased new seats on the course but I can’t find how I can allocate one of those seats to them?

    Hi David,

    I’ve removed her old seat and have added her again using one of your new seats.

    She can now retake the course.

    That was brilliant, thank you. I now have NW who also needs to renew by 19th Oct. Could you please remove his old seat and allocate our remaining seat to him, so that he can renew.
