Pool Plant Operator Re-validation

I can’t seem to upload my existing certificate on the first stage of the re-validation for the pool operators. I click on the document, but it doesn’t appear for me to upload.

It sounds like a browser issue.
I’ve marked the first step as completed for you because I can see the old certificate on our system still.

Thank you, for sorting that. I have tried to complete the assessment, but it doesn’t allow me to start the assessment. I have tried on the normal and a private browser and it still isn’t working. Would you be able to help?
