    Hello,

    I’ve recently done my online PPO course but due to my workplace having essential maintenance completed to the pool hall and pool plant room I am unable to complete the course fully until the work is completed which is scheduled to be done by the 4th of January. My question is; is there a time limit to submit course material to the assessor or can I leave it until I am able to complete the tasks under the practical section.

    There is no deadline on the course. You can send us the practical elements when your pool is open again.

    Also one last thing, not to be impatient but how long does it usually take for course material to be assessed and marked?

    We aim to mark them within a few days. Marking videos might take a little longer.
