If it’s the Foundation course, then we will reset the whole course. We can do so today.
If it’s the Operator course, they will need to wait for 2 weeks.Please send us the learner’s name to info@stockwellsafety.com.

Choose the “For Employers” option for the course that you need. Once you have completed the purchase, your Group Management area will be unlocked automatically.

AstridHi Joseph, All learners can download their certificates from the course site or group leaders can download them from the Group Management section.Just follow these steps:
1. Go to Group Management
2. Click on Detailed course and learner progress reports
3. Choose User Reports
4. Filter the group you want to work with
5. Choose the learner and click See Detail
6. Click See Details again

AstridA checklist is sometimes used by PPO’s when conducting backwashes. There are two types:
Do-Confirm.
The operator performs the task (example: safely changing the system’s configuration from standard filtration to backwash). They do this from memory and experience without referring to the checklist. Then, before restarting the pumps, they pause to refer to the checklist and confirm that everything has been done as per the correct procedure.Read-Do.
The operator performs the task as they read from the checklist.Both types of checklist have their uses, but for the demonstration of skills, we will only accept the use of the first type (Do-Confirm).
Also – the learner must not receive any prompts during the skills demonstration (fine for training – not for assessment).
We will reset your exam after 2 weeks.

When you have the PO ready, please follow these steps:1. Go to https://stockwellsafetylms.com/product/pool-plant-foundation-group-license/
2. Add as many seats to your basket as you need and check out using the “Pay By Invoice” option.Please put the PO in Order Notes box.
3. I will approve the order and your Group Management area will become available.
4. Your Group Management Dashboard can be accessed by clicking on ‘Group Management’ in the navigation menu at the top of the page.
5. Click on the ‘Users’ dropdown and select ‘Add multiple’.5. Insert names and email addresses of all your learners and click the ‘Add & Invite users’ button (you can leave the password fields empty as these will be automatically generated).
6. Each person on the list will get an email with the login link and all the information they need to be able to login and begin their course.

Hi, there’s no mock exam. You can retake the end of lesson knowledge tests to refresh your knowledge before attempting the end of course exam.
If you need to retake the exam, you can do so after 2 weeks.Hi David,
I’ve removed her old seat and have added her again using one of your new seats.
She can now retake the course.
