AstridParticipant
We now have a revalidation course available.
All you need to do is have a quick read through the course content and complete the end-of-lesson knowledge tests. Once you have completed those, you can progress to the end-of-course exam. We also ask for some evidence that you’ve been involved with the pool plant in the last 3 years. This could be done with a signed statement from your management.
You need to complete the revalidation course before the certificate expires.
The cost is £105+vat.
AstridParticipantI’ve sent you an email. Please check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.

AstridParticipantAstridParticipantHi Nick,
Those are all online courses: https://stockwellsafety.com/training-courses/pool-plant-courses/
They are “seats” on online course. You complete the course at your own pace. To see what the course looks like, please follow this link and try the sample lesson: https://stockwellsafetylms.com/courses/pool-plant-operator-online-course/
AstridParticipantHi,
You’d need to retake the full PPO course.
AstridParticipantI’ve resent the login details. Our emails probably went to his spam.
AstridParticipantHi David,
For the revalidation course, we just ask for a letter from your manager. It can be in any format that they prefer. There’s no standard form for it.
AstridParticipantHi Alex,
It sounds like a browser issue.
I’ve marked the first step as completed for you because I can see the old certificate on our system still.24th December 2025 at 9:07 am in reply to: Completed online part of course but only showing 43% and shows topics not done #72192AstridParticipantHi, thanks for reaching out. AstridAstridParticipantHi Anna,
Please don’t edit the videos. Just explain as you are filming. We know plantrooms are noisy, but the assessor can usually make out what the learner is saying.
AstridParticipantHi Tracy,
To access the course, please log in with your work email address. Then the course will under Your Courses. I have deleted your second account to avoid confusion.
Kind regards,
