Your Group Management Dashboard can be accessed by clicking on ‘Group Management’ in the navigation menu at the top of the page.
Click on the ‘Users’ dropdown and select ‘Add multiple’.
Insert names and email addresses of all your learners and click the ‘Add & Invite users’ button (you can leave the password fields empty as these will be automatically generated).
Each person on the list will get an email with the login link and all the information they need to be able to login and begin their course.

The Pool Plant Operator certificates are issued manually unlike the Foundation ones which are created automatically. We can send you a copy but it’s £15+vat per copy.

You have 2 options, if you have someone at your site who is currently PPO qualified, then they can assess you and sign your evidence sheet alongside your management or if there are no qualified people at your site, you can send us videos and we will assess you remotely.

Your certificate was sent to your line manager who booked you onto the course. We can send you a copy, it’s £15 for an electronic copy. Please email us on info@stockwellsafety.com if you would like to order a replacement.

We have added a practical assessment to the Foundation course. They need to submit the practical assessment and feedback before the course is marked as completed. The practical is just a submission of a signed declaration sheet or videos of daily water tests (chlorine, pH and TDS).

It should be under your Group Management. You will have 2 groups under there now. Just click on the Group Name and it will drop down. You can then work on the other group.

Hi Nick, the course is still there. Just go to stockwellsafetylms.com and log in with your work email. Then click on Your Courses.
